My story

I found my fitness and sporting enthusiasm in my late teens and furthered it whilst serving in the British Army as an Army Diver and most importantly a Physical training instructor. 

During this time, I trained individuals and teams with varying skills across three continents, for events such as Ultra Marathons in jungles and deserts to obstacle courses on UK soil. This has brought me a breadth of knowledge which I still use to this day in training and motivating my clients.

As a personal trainer, I have specialised in strength training and applied my skills carefully to enthuse attendees to my many fitness classes indoors and outdoors. This has earned me a reputation as one of the top trainers to work with in the UK and the recognition from a global sports brand.
